לקחת שורש חזרת אחרי קילוף וניקוי 250 ג“ר לרסק על פומפייה דקה, (זהירות מאדי החזרת חריף מאוד לאוורר את הבית-עולה למוח),

לרסק על פומפייה דקה 1 וחצי ק"ג סלק,

(אני השתמשתי בסלק בוואקום איכותי מספיק מונע הרבה ליכלוך),

(אני ריסקתי במעבד מזון אדי החריפות פחות משפיעים)לערבב בקערה,

להוסיף 3 כפות סוכר חצי כוס חומץ 3 כפות מיץ לימון כפית מלח הימלייה לערבב,

להכניס לצנצנות נשמר במקרר חצי שנה ובתאבון.

(כמובן ניתן להקטין כמויות ביחס שווה)
