1 כוס שוקולית

1 כף קקאו

½ כוס שמנת מתוקה/צימחית

¼ כוס מים רותחים

1 אבקת אפיה

1 כוס קמח תופח כשר לפסח

⅓ כוס פיצפוצי שוקולד

להקציף את החלבונים עם ½ כוס סוכר לקצף יציב


לערבב את החלמונים עם השמן ¼ כוס סוכר ואבקת אפיה לקצף בהיר ותפוח

להוסיף את השמנת הצימחית והמים ולערבב טוב


להוסיף את הקקאו השוקולית הקמח התופח ופיצוצים שוקולד

לערבב טוב טוב עד לקבלת תערובת אחידה ללא גושים


לקפל את החלבונים עם תערובת החלמונים


לצקת לתבנית משומנת

לאפות בתנור שחומם מראש

על 180° כ-40 דקות


לגנאש - להמיס:

100 גרם שוקולד מריר

½ כוס שמנת צמחית
